“Having built four homes in the
past, two track and two custom, our new home built by Larry
Undsderfer by far exceeds all of those previous homes in quality of
material, and craftsmanship.
Larry's personal care and pride that he puts into his homes, leaves
nothing wanting in any area of the construction. The employee's of
K3 Construction also exemplify Larry's dedication to detail that is
readily obvious in the finished product.
Larry suggested and implemented many creative, artistic and
functional ideas and his construction crew followed suit. He pointed
out several errors in both our selection of products and design and
his judgment and experience proved to be most correct.
It is our greatest good fortune to have had him design and construct
our home."

1964-1974: Employed by A.E. Undsderfer
Construction Company. After six years spent as a carpenter, I was
promoted to Construction Foreman with responsibility for the quality
and performance of the subcontractors on the building site. My
responsibilities were gradually expanded to include all facets of
residential construction consisting of: business management, bidding,
subcontractor selection, profit management, and customer relations.
1975-1978: Started Der-Sail Inc. and K-3

concentrated on K-3 Construction as my sole business. I built 16
